Returns, Exchange & Shipping

Our products are handmade personal-care items; for hygiene and safety reasons these rules apply:

• If your item arrives damaged or different from your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
• Opened or used items (perfumes, oils, salts, candles) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• An order is preliminary until the seller confirms it on WhatsApp; then the final price, shipping fee and payment method are agreed.
• Delivery is within Egypt; time and fees are confirmed with you at order confirmation, by area.
• Gift boxes and custom corporate orders (card or logo) are confirmed before preparation and cannot be cancelled once preparation starts.
